Don't know his name but he's a gem of an employee. He apologized and warmingly welcomed us in a truly professional manner. We told him what happened the day before. Next day around 2:30 PM, a male security guard was on duty at casino entrance. Then she made a face indicative of her gross disapproval. We apologized explaining that since it was our first visit to the hotel we were unfamiliar with security protocols. As we entered casino a female security guard scolded us by saying, 'next time YOU MAKE SURE you use the entrance on the other side'. Went to check-in around 3:30 PM, told to return in half hour. Parking attendants should know to automatically ask guests whether or not they want bell service. Expecting bell service, we lingered in the car for several awkward minutes before asking valet to please call bell hop. He stood a few feet away waiting for us to exit the vehicle. Arrived about 3:15 PM on 8/28/19, drove to valet, attendant didn't ask if we needed help with luggage.
